When I met Ostarè, my life was upside down. I was going through a divorce and became a single mom. I didn't feel comfortable as English wasn't my first language so I settled for a job that paid me bare minimum and was difficult. I was staying with friends and had a lot of anxiety and uncertainty and so did my child.

After working with Ostare, my life started changing little by little. I started healing and slowly by slowly I took actions that I never thought possible. I had Ostarè as a health coach. My health was in a dire state - extreme fatigue and anemia. Unaware of the significance of nutrition, I hadn't realized my children were anemic too. She placed me on a closely monitored strict diet. She devised a vitamin-rich menu for my kids, and for me, a detox plan. Acne plagued my face, and despite futile attempts with creams, the dietary regimen banished it. She illuminated toxic relationships, creating a positive environment that enhanced my recovery. In one year, our family is looking healthy.
